Wood & Fire in Pretoria

"This place is aesthetically beautiful I am definitely adding it to the list of my top 10 go to restaurants. The food was delicious compliments to the chef. We ordered Hake served with chips, chicken wings and chicken curry served with white rice. The service was excellent the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely and accommodating You have the option to dine indoors or outdoors. We went on a Sunday evening for dinner and we did not make a reservation but, we managed to get a table for 3 people. Just to be on a safer side make a reservation. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to friends and family. We will be back soon"

"We went to Wood & fire to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Lerato was our waitress and her service top tier. All the staff members were very friendly they definitely made her feel special. A big shout out to the manager as well Luyanda your team is the best."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wood & Fire at Brooklyn Mall is an absolute gem. The food was cooked to perfection, every dish was packed with flavour and clearly made with care. The service was just as impressive. Our waitress, Ruth, was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The manager, Luyanda, also went out of his way to check in and make sure everything was perfect. Together they made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!"

"Wood & Fire is an absolutely amazing restaurant. The food was incredible. The steak was tasty, as were all the sides. The white chocolate cheesecake was definitely a highlight. It is one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had and I wish I lived in Pretoria just for that cheesecake (maybe it's a good thing I don't, 'cause I'd probably be there every weekend). The service was impeccable. I felt so warm and welcome. We were really taken such good care of. It is a bit on the pricey side, but it is definitely worth it. You can see from the size of my plate/steak..."

"I have been here a few times and I can confidently say the food is incredible. Fish cooked to perfection and the side pea soup and tartar were incredible. I even wanted to stay longer for dessert but the stench was too off putting. I don't know if it's the tables or the floor that is not properly cleaned but the odour is from an overlap of not cleaning properly. Wish they could also wipe their walls cause we're I was sitting there were still splatter of last week's meal"
